What subscription plans do you offer?

We offer 5 different subscription plans based on your needs. There are three regular e-juice plans: Sampler plan, Juice Lovers, and Enthusiast.

The Sampler comes with 90ml of premium e-juice($6.60 per 30ml), the Juice Lovers plan comes with 180ml($5.40 per 30ml), and the Enthusiast plan comes with 210ml of e-juice($4.50 per 30ml) and vape hardware.

We also have two salt nicotine e-juice plans: Salt Nicotine plan($11.40 per 30ml) and Salt Nicotine Plus plan, which is a combination of 4 salt nicotine products.

Can I return my Vapebox?

Due to the nature of the items in your Vapebox, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Exceptions can be made if you received the wrong nicotine level / product. Feel free to let us know if there are ever any problems with your Vapebox order.

What are your support hours?

Our support hours are from Monday to Friday and between the hours of 9 AM pacific time to 4:00 PM pacific time. Our support office is closed on all major holidays.

Where do I enter my promo code?

The promo code section is shown on the checkout page. To reach the checkout page, first go to your cart and press 'proceed to checkout'. You will be prompted to login or register. Next, you will see the order confirmation tab along with the promo code field.

Do you guys charge sales tax?

Yes we do, applicable taxes will be applied to California residents during the checkout/order review page. If your order is being shipped to any California address, California state taxes will be applied.

Who handles your sensitive payment data?

We have an accredited 3rd party financial institution handling and processing all sensitive payment data. We do not store any sensitive payment information on our servers.

What can I do if my promo code did not work?

Live chat or e-mail us at hello@vape-box.com with the promo code you used and we will refund you the amount of the discount if the promo code is still active.

Why was my age verification denied?

Can I use VPBX Points and a promo code at the same time?

No you cannot. You can either apply VPBX Points or a promotional code to your order. Both sections are on the checkout page on the Right-hand side during your cart checkout and promo codes cannot stacked with VPBX Points.

Can I use VPBX Points toward my monthly Vapebox?

Unfortunately not. VPBX Points are only redeemable for store purchases.

What are Vapebox points?

The VPBX points system is something we created to allow our customers to accumulate store credit. You can use store credit towards restocking your favorite juice or purchasing hardware/accessories you may need!

How do I apply VPBX Points to my order?

VPBX points can be applied during checkout. On the checkout screen, simply choose how many points you wish to apply to your order. VPBX points can not be applied to recurring subscription orders.

How do I earn Vapebox points?

You can earn VPBX points in 2 different ways. The first method to earn points is by referring friends. Every customer has a referral link that they can give to friends and family. Everytime this link is used, you will earn up to $15 in VPBX points. The second method is to review items you receive in your Vapebox. Everytime you leave a verified review, we credit you in VPBX points.

How much VPBX points can be used at a time?

Vapebox points can only be used in increments of $5.00

For example, if you have $6.35 in points, you can only use $5 toward your order. Only increments of $5.00 can be redeemed.


Shipping

Are there any customs fee, import taxes, duties, etc. for non-US orders?

If you are located outside of the United States, your countrys customs fee, import taxes, duties, etc. may apply. You will be responsible for paying these fees.

I just got my tracking number, why does it say unavailable?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. If you see that the tracking states unavailable, do not be alarmed. USPS updates tracking information within 24 hours of the package being sent out.

My order says it was shipped back to the return address, what can I do from here?

As soon as our warehouses returns department receives it, we will contact you to verify your shipping address and re-ship it out immediately. If it happens the 2nd time and onwards, you will be responsible for the shipping cost each subsequent time.

Do you guys offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $65.00 USD (minus any discounts or points). Once you reach checkout and your subtotal is over $65.00 USD, free shipping will be automatically applied.

If your order subtotal is $65.00 USD and you use a 10% off promo code or VPBX points, you will no longer receive free shipping.

Im an international customer. When my box reaches customs, is the box marked under the retail price or the purchased price?

We only put down the price of the box which you purchased, not the actual retail price. Reason being the retail price for these products is more than what the box is priced at.

How long does it take to ship internationally?

3 days after your order has been shipped. We ship via DHL to MOST countries. In some situations, your customs may hold onto your package longer. If your country is NOT supported by DHL, we will ship it via USPS. In those cases, it will take anywhere from 7-21 BUSINESS days.

What shipping carrier do you guys use?

The shipping carrier that we use is USPS (United States Postal Service). All orders are shipped via USPS First-Class or USPS Priority Mail. Priority mail usually takes 1-3 business days depending on your distance from Los Angeles, California. First-Class mail usually takes a little longer at 3-5 business days.

We work with a variety of e juice companies to be able to bring to you the latest and greatest. We are always open to any suggestions of brands you would like us to feature in your next box! What do I do if my juice or hardware is broken?

If you have any problems with the contents inside your Vapebox, contact us via email, phone or messenger, to be able to assist you with your damaged goods. Not to worry the process is easy and simple.

Can I buy juices and hardware that I have received in previous Vapeboxes?

Sometimes. Usually, you can find the juices you receive in your vapebox on our online store. However, in some cases, the brands we work with only prefer to be in our subscription box.

Can I make special requests?

We love to hear any special requests. Although we can’t guarantee we can fulfill all of them, our team will try our best to ensure your needs are met!

Why do you not carry a juice anymore?

Since we are a discovery service, we try our best to cycle our inventory with new juices or different juice brands. This allows our subscribers to try as many different juices as possible. If you have any requests, please reach out to our team and we will love to include a juice or brand in our boxes!

What if I am allergic to a product?

If you are allergic to a specific, please select that flavor profile in your dislikes. We suggest to notify our team so we can ensure you do not receive anything that might be harmful! Also, we can't guarantee this but we will try our best to accomodate your allergies.

What is the special request section?

Special request is if you want specific juices or color hardware. For example: Some people may want to expect more fruit flavored juices in their boxes over desserts, Also they might prefer blue colored hardware to match their mods! Our curators will see this during curation and try their best to accommodate any request.

How are boxes curated?

Our database gives us options to choose from and only shows us specific juices that fit into the preferences you have chosen. On this screen, the curators can see the special request notes you have written to make any accommodations. From there, our curators pick the juices and finalize your box. Our curators are not given the option to select juices that do not fit your palate preferences such as different nicotine levels. They cannot finalize a box until they hit the minimum requirement of juices and the minimum requirement in savings for your box! From there, the order is sent to our warehouse.

Why is my Vapebox taking so long?

We allow 2-5 business days for our subscription boxes. The reason being is we curate each box individually. From there we pick, pack, and ship each box by hand. Each order goes through multiple steps to ensure quality control, nothing is automated! Still we do make mistakes, so please notify us and we will try our best to address it. Every box is in a queue and is shipped according to the date we receive the order.

Orders from the weekend get pushed to the next billing day. This means the start of the week is very busy for our team!

Orders can also be heavy due to special collaborations or promotions. We all love mods so mod month is notoriously packed for our team. We work hard to get every box out as fast as possible.

What is "Bypass Customization"?

We give our subscribers a 24 hour window once they have been billed to select up to 2 juices in their box. This allows customers to have some say in what goes in their box to ensure customer satisfaction. After the 24 hours has been up, our curation team will take over and finish your box. If you do not wish to customize your box and want our curation team to start curating as soon as possible, choose bypass customization.

Bypass customization is an option for our subscribers who do not want to choose two juices in their box. Some people like a surprise and trust our expert curators!

What can I do if the item I need is out of stock?

If a product you see is showing as out of stock, feel free to contact our customer service department. You can also leave your email address and we will notify you when that product is back in stock.

If I do not like a vape or juice I ordered off your website, can I return it back?

Usually any product that has not been open or used within 30 days of the purchase can be returned. The customer will have to cover the return shipping cost. Any product after 30 days, any open or used products and international orders are not eligible for a return.
